HOME STREET HOME is a cooperation between Germany’s leading real estate platform ImmoScout24 and an initiative to address homelessness called ONE WARM WINTER (OWW). Working together to educate landlords and the general public in Germany and Austria on the concept of Housing First, the ultimate goal is to increase the amount of housing available for homeless people and make it easier to connect people to homes – with support.
