The Canadian Institute for Health Information, also known as CIHI, is launching an online survey asking Canadians to share their experiences related to accessing mental health and substance use services. As a not-for-profit organization CIHI is working to open the conversation about mental health and understand people´s opinions about mental health and substance use services and their related experiences.
Anyone age 12 and older is eligible to complete the survey. Participants will also be eligible to win a gift card (except in Quebec). The survey opened on April 26 and will remain open for approximately 8 weeks.
