The Ontario Centre of Excellence for Child and Youth Mental Health is now the Knowledge Institute on Child and Youth Mental Health and Addictions (the Knowledge Institute).
In an announcement on their website, the Knowledge Institute explains:
This new name speaks to our long-standing mandate to expand, leverage and share knowledge that guides and reinforces high-quality mental health care. It also reflects how we’re focusing even more on understanding and addressing the intersections that underlie complex mental health needs, including the overlaps between mental health and substance use and addictions.
