Managing Mental Health During COVID-19 for Frontline Workers is a free, self-directed, online training that provides an overview of mental health concerns that may be experienced during a pandemic, both by frontline workers and the people they support, and outlines strategies on how to address them. The training is self-paced and can be stopped or started by learners at any time, allowing frontline workers to complete the course at their own pace. The three-hour training uses case scenarios, activities, tip sheets, and reflective journals to equip frontline workers with tools and approaches to address mental health concerns in the context of a pandemic.
This training was developed by the Provincial System Support Program (PSSP) at CAMH and is supported by funding from the Ministry of Health.
