Understanding Mental Health and Well-being in Later Life has created five video versions of their most popular workshops for older adults.
These videos will give older adults who are unable to attend in-person and/or virtual workshops a better understanding of mental health and/or substance use topics and where to seek help. The videos are intended for older adults living in Ontario who are over the age of 65.
The series aims to raise awareness of mental health and substance use issues among older adults and promote help-seeking behavior. Evidence-based workshops and associated materials are used across the province with older adults.
