Mental health workshop recordings for older adults

These are five videos from the most popular Understanding Mental Health and Well-Being workshops for older adults.

These videos will give older adults who are unable to attend in-person and/or virtual workshops a better understanding of mental health and/or substance use topics and where to seek help. The videos are intended for older adults living in Ontario who are over the age of 65.

The series aims to raise awareness of mental health and substance use issues among older adults and promote help-seeking behavior. Evidence-based workshops and associated materials are used across the province with older adults.
