The Mental Health and Addictions Pharmacists Community of Practice (CoP) brings Ontario pharmacists together to share clinical experiences and resources to best care for people living with mental health and addiction-related challenges.

Objectives
- Bring pharmacists together from diverse practice settings across Ontario
- Share clinical experiences, best practices and resources amongst pharmacists interested in mental health and addictions
- Provide pharmacists with an opportunity to discuss facilitators and barriers to practicing pharmaceutical care to support patients living with mental illness
